I understand that tradespeople need to charge for their time and fuel, but I am extremely disappointed with this service. I had them out to look at a pressure drop and leak in a newly installed plumbing zone. The plumber was on-site for no more than five minutes. He took one look, said he couldn't fix it, advised me to call a specialist leak company, and walked out the door. I was still charged the full €100+ call-out fee for absolutely zero work or solutions. I strongly advise calling ahead and verifying their technical capabilities for your specific job before agreeing to a visit, otherwise, you might pay a premium just to be told 'no'. Update in response to the owner: To clarify a few inaccuracies in your reply: The Call-Out Fee: Yes, I agreed to the fee, but with the reasonable expectation that actual diagnostic work or a resolution would take place, rather than a cursory check. Time on Site: Your claim that the plumber was here for 29 minutes is completely false. I have timestamped front-door camera footage proving the actual, much shorter duration of the visit. Lack of Troubleshooting: If your policy is that you cannot fix or investigate what isn't immediately visible, you should be asking qualifying questions (e.g., "Is there a visible leak?") before booking the appointment and charging the fee. Showing up, stating you can't see a leak, and collecting a call-out fee without providing a solution feels like an easy money grab.

Really I have never experienced a service company working so efficiently as Foleys. From initial contact to getting the job done, to the ease of paying the bill … all in one week. Special thanks to Aidan who called twice at exactly the time he said he would and carried out my job professionally and efficiently! I highly recommend Foleys Plumbing for an excellent service!

I can't recommend Foley's Plumbing highly enough. Great communication, and very professional at all stages. They installed a new pump to boost service to all hot outlets, the basins and 1 x thermostatic mixer shower. Working perfectly and very happy with workmanship and end result.

Over the past number of months, we’ve been working on our self-build, and from the moment I first contacted Foleys, they have been incredibly easy to deal with. Scheduling the work was straightforward thanks to the helpful office staff, and the crew arrived exactly when planned and stayed until everything was completed. It was a pleasure having Anthony onsite, James at the end of the phone answering all of my (sometimes silly) questions, and both Lauras taking great care of me whenever I called the office. Any delays were on my side, but the team remained an absolute dream to work with.

I found Foleys very good, they respond to contact very quickly, they quickly set a date and turn up on that date (a refreshing change after trying to get other plumbers to call) and their work is very good. They managed to deal with all of the outstanding plumbing issues in the house with great efficiency and even a new one I just thought of while they were here. Perhaps a tad pricey but worth it for the professionalism and quick service. Highly recommended.
