Only open to office visits a couple of hours every day. Embarrassing to have to stand at a counter while being ignored by everyone on the other side of the counter. The girl who, eventually acknowledged us was pleasant and very helpful and sorted us in a few minutes. Like so many businesses now, you are not wanted to appearing person but only using the Internet.
Not happy with the level of service provided by O'Leary Insurances. I was charged 45 Euro to change personal details. Colourful language comes to mind to describe this company. But all I'll say is that I have a sour taste in my mouth after dealing with them.
Very easy to deal with, both by phone or in person. Extremely quick and efficient. They also answer the phone pretty quickly, which is a huge plus compared to most brokers I dealt with.
Worst company ever. We never had a problem when we were dealing with Webb directly in Bandon but since O’Leary's took over it is terrible. Holding for hours on the phone and they don’t post out renewal quotes but they don’t tell you that this is the case. We are also loosing out on free travel insurance that we can get if we have two policies direct with Aviva.
