I had a very good experience with Choices Lettings. I lived in one of their properties for almost 8 years, and I am very thankful for all their help and support.

Irene Carrol was always kind, friendly, and professional. Whenever there was any issue in the house, she made sure it was fixed quickly. She was always easy to contact and always did her best to help. I never had any problems with the agency.

I would also like to thank my landlord, Jim. I rented the property during an important time in my life, and I will always be grateful for his kindness, understanding, and support. As someone living away from my home country, his kindness meant a lot to me. Living in that house never felt like I was just renting a property—it truly felt like home.

Thank you, Irene and Jim, for making the last 8 years such a wonderful experience. I will always be grateful for your kindness and support.

I highly recommend Choices Lettings to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy letting agency.

We had an ideal cooperation with Choices. Honestly I have nothing negative to mention. The cooperation was very professional and the people behind Choices were there to help anytime we needed in ways one doesn't expect from the average rental agency. Thank you Choices and to Irene more specifically for the ongoing support.

Best in Cork, presumably best in the whole country.

Knowing how the situation is in Cork at the moment, agencies like Choices Property are just a gift for both tenants and (I guess) landlords. They genuinely take care of those renting through them and make you feel covered at every time. Responses are prompt and they always keep high, professional standards. I'd like to give a special mention to Rebecca, who has assisted me along all my stay as a tenant and has sorted out that was needed as soon it came up.

100% recommended.

Applying for a rental property by email is just a pure waste of time. , your chances of anyone getting back to u are zero. Calling to is hopeless as you are told verbatim it's all done remotely. I am very aware that the applications for the rental market are massive but common courtesy should prevail.
