Ernesta has been an incredible help in managing our apartment in Cork. We've moved abroad and wouldn't have been able to respond to the tenants' queries or resolve issues properly remotely, so having someone we can completely rely on and trust is essential. She took care of everything from securing good tennants (and consulting us) to managing day-to-day issues or bigger concerns without us needing to get involved! She just sends regular reports and transfers rent, and we don't need to worry. If there's a bigger issue or question, she lets us know and then makes sure to find a relevant specialist (she has a good list of trusted contractors too!), so we know it's always handled well. You really can't put a price on peace of mind, but if I had to, Ernesta's would be very reasonable too ;) Thank you so much for making it so easy for us as first-time landlords! Highly recommend.
