Very frustrating experience. Paudie was engaged to handle a particular situation for me however he added more problems for me and then quoted me an additional figure and insisted to work on a daily rate (an extortionate rate) to complete the works required and to invoiceme on a weekly basis, implying there would be many weeks of work and costs.
