Dan is a fantastic guy and go to person if you are selling your property. He has been there through out himself personally till the sale is closed and takes care of everything in your absence. We came across issue of a buyer backing out and then he pitched in on priority and got a better buyer and worked on to get the deal close soon. We were stress free our of Ireland as we knew Dan is there to take care.
