I used the services of Dave Mc Grath & Associates recently to get a BER assessment following on from a refurbishment of a property. From the outset Dave was very professional and courteous. David McGrath carried out a very thorough BER assessment. Consequently, we received a comprehensive BER Advisory Report together with our BER Certificate - completed within 10 days of the original visit. We first received the report and certificate via email and then a hand-delivered copy the following day. David also answered any questions we had on the documentation received, giving clarification on any issues which were unclear to us.<br>I would have no hesitation in recommending David McGrath & Associates for any BER work.

Superb service. I hired David and son to carry out a report on my new home. This was my second time using this firm due to a failed purchase on a different property and this was taken into consideration when it came to what matters, the price. Very professional and quick.
