David McGrath carried out a very thorough BER assessment. Consequently, we received a comprehensive BER Advisory Report together with our BER Certificate - completed within 10 days of the original visit. We first received the report and certificate via email and then a hand-delivered copy the following day. David also answered any questions we had on the documentation received, giving clarification on any issues which were unclear to us. I would have no hesitation in recommending David McGrath & Associates for any BER work.
