They use extremely misleading AI images for their listings which makes me lose trust in them. The point of staging a home is to show, realistically, how furniture and decor fit in a home. AI cannot be accurate about size, orientation etc. Especially so for gardens. If they can't be bothered to properly photograph or stage the property, why would I trust them with the rest of the process?
Auctioneera has been really helpful through out my sale process.. everything is seamless! Laura from Cork branch, Victor from the back end were great to deal with. The fixed fee is definitely a plus! Highly recommend Auctioneera for your property sale or purchases..
Auctioneera did a fantastic job by advising what was necessary to get the house ready for sale. Laura was absolutely brilliant and gave us names of tradespeople etc. They arranged viewings and access to the house as it was unoccupied. A very quick sale and we were really delighted it went so well. Would highly recommend Auctioneera, a very professional and personal experience.
