We rented a gorgeous apartment for over 3 years and BIG was always helpful with solving any repairs and queries. Communication is clear and fast and there are no hidden costs. Excellent experience and would recommend to anyone as an agent.
Our bedroom ceiling has large patches of mould likely caused by an unfixed leak in the roof of our building. This got very bad in January 2026 after heavy rain. Building management has stopped responding to emails and has not sent anyone to inspect the suspected leak. While the weather has been bad recently, we have offered use of our attic for the job and have so far received no response.
