I viewed, and I put in an offer. Was told there was a counteroffer. I told the agent I decided not to increase the offer on my side. Went quiet for some time, the property still on sale. The agent ghosted me, so I emailed the company directly, and someone else told me there was an offer for that property. I knew that was me because that was the offer I made, and no higher offer was registered. Idk if the agent is lying when he told me there was a counteroffer. I understand people come and go. I don't want to accuse anyone. The same agent then got back to me, again, saying there was a counteroffer. In that email, I told him about all this and asked the agent again what price the seller would like to sell the property for, but he ghosted me again.
Very positive experience with John who was super friendly, available and helpful. That definitely made a process that is otherwise rather stressful much more pleasant. We recommend!

Dealt with Cohalan Downing and found them pretty unprofessional. Lack of transparency during a sale. Agent that was was handling was unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend them as a firm for either buying or selling. Have seen far more professional auctioneers on the same street.
We had Suzanne carry out a valuation for our new house and we highly recommend her. The inspection was carried out at our own earliest convenience, the report came back to us promptly and Suzanne was lovely to deal with. Thanks again!
