Had a great experience with ERA Downey McCarthy - they’ve been with me full circle, from my first home purchase to selling it three years later. I initially worked with Sean McCarthy, and later Judy O' Brien handled both the purchase and the sale. Judy, in particular, went above and beyond on multiple occasions, even outside the typical scope of her role. The level of trust, care, and professionalism from the entire team is hard to match. I also briefly worked with ERA on the rental side, and as expected, the same exceptional, can-do approach carried through - highly recommend!

I recently sold my home in Cork and engaged ERA Downey Mc Carthy as my auctioneer. I had several quotations from other companies and while all were very close in their valuations I chose ERA for their professional approach and did not feel pressured into signing up immediately as I was not quite ready to leave Cork when I got my quotations. Caroline was an amazing sales agent and helped me in every way, I got my first home thanks to her. She was very diligent, responsive and had a great attitude.
