This auctioneer has a reputation for deliberately underpricing properties to manufacture artificial bidding pressure and maximise cash-buyer offers. In my estimation this is predatory and unethical practice.

I would highly recommend Cory Galvin one of Jeremy Murphys associates. From the second I met Cory to the completion of the sale of our home he treated me with the upmost understanding and respect, Cory was always available to take calls and answer the million questions I had for him. He is extremely knowledgeable and guided us every step of the way without putting pressure on us. Even now after the house has sold he is still available to guide me and take calls. Awful experience with Cory. Went to a viewing where he just sat on his phone and didn't even acknowledge us. When we asked questions he either didn't answer, or acted like we were stupid. The girl down the phone never rang me back after she said she would too to get some answers, and when I emailed for a viewing for another property I just got a response from someone saying "Do you want a viewing?", which is really strange
