We've recently re-let our house in Cork through Powell Property. We were fortunate to meet Dominic Creedon of Powell's who guided us through the new letting regulations and advised us thoroughly on the correct course of action. He found us excellent, well referenced tenants and while handing us over to Powell's ongoing admin and maintenance team (the excellent Marta and Denise, etc) has remained available for any queries we have.
