I’m very happy with Savill’s assistance from the beginning up to the closing of the sale, Claire, Kate and Elizabeth. They were always easy to contact whenever I had a query, and they consistently responded quickly. They even arranged a viewing of a similar house when there was no available showhouse in the Elmbury estate, which I really appreciated. Overall, their support made the whole process smooth and reassuring.
Buying a house in nowdays Ireland is a very stressful process, but We were very Lucky to do it with Savills and with David Donovan. We have bad experiences with other auctioneers (lot of friction in the process, delays, asking us to increase the bidding even if we have the the highest bid. David was different, easy to communicate, clear and transparent, when we face problems, he was quick and supportive (even if was not related to the selling process). He generated value for in every single step. Great experience and great support. But also Savills office in Cork deserve a price for the great support. Our Solicitor was only able to close the buying process Friday 16h40, In Savills central office had everything ready, so we can pick up the keys right away (they had even prepared a house warming gift for us!!!)
Applied for a unit at The Elysian and followed up multiple times with Aoife Geary and Joy Meade from Savills, but communication stopped and I never received a clear update. The process was frustrating and unprofessional. I feel like they were making fun of me.
