Myself for my Wife were impressed with Stuart O’Grady and Aisling Deegan. From the moment we contacted them , they took full control and management of the sale of our house. They both made sure that we received a fair price for our house. They are both very kind and honest and not once did we feel misled or unheard. I can’t say enough about Ashling deegan, sales support at Sherry Fitzgerald cork. Ashling is on a league of her own, her attention to detail and support throughout the selling process was beyond all my expectations. We went through a personal crisis during the sale of our house and Ashling held space and support for us while managing our house sale. She also liaised not only with the buyer of the house we were selling but with the vendor of the house that we were buying. she made us feel completely looked after and heard from day one. she gives time and support and is willing to talk about any worries or issues you may have in the setting process as this time is a very stressful time for people. As a full-time carer and part-time psychotherapist, my husband is a civil servant and we also have four children. our lives are very busy and we’ve been putting off selling for awhile due the amount of time it would take off our daily lives, but Ashling completely managed everything from start to finish. every phone calls was answered and nothing was too much for her. We purchased our home through Stuart at Sherry Fitzgerald last December and had a really positive experience overall. We first viewed the house back in April and, while the process took time to work through, Stuart kept us fully updated along the way. He was more than accommodating in arranging access for us on multiple occasions so we could take another look and be sure it was right for us, which we really appreciated. He was always easy to get hold of, straightforward to deal with and great at keeping communication clear between all parties, which made the whole experience much smoother for us. We’re delighted in the end and would happily recommend Stuart to anyone buying or selling.

I would not trust them when buying a property. Had an absolutely terrible experience with Sherry Fitzgerald, especially with Mark and Stuart. They continuously lied about the status of the house and would blame every issue in the sale process on the seller. They act very fake to your face and we suspect there may have been fake bids in the portal for various reasons.

We purchased our home in Cork through Sherry Fitzgerald. Stuart and Scott were brilliant to deal with. Couldn't recommend them both enough!

Happy to give Stuart a 5 star review after dealing with him on the purchase of a house in Douglas in late 2025. Always true to his word in coming back with many various queries. He was at all times courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. In fact we are still annoying him three months later with some loose ends!! Special mention also to Ashling and Ann who assisted while Stuart was growing his brood!

We sold our house and purchased a property using Sherry Fitzgerald over the summer months. Stuart was great to deal with from start to finish on both transactions. Buying and selling property is a stressful time and Stuart's professionalism and regular communication with us made it run as smooth as possible.
