I can't comment on the quality of this company's work because they wouldn't help me, but the attitude—oh man, where do I start?<br><br>Good things — The man showed up to the first meeting on time, assessed the problem, and gave me a quote.<br>He ALWAYS answers the phone.<br><br>Now the worse — What's the point of him always answering the phone if you can NEVER actually arrange anything with him? It's always "call tomorrow, call the day after tomorrow, call next week..." I begged this man for two months to finally give me a date to do the work, and he eventually did — "OK, in two weeks; we'll start on the 21st." I thought "OK, two more weeks of suffering won't make a difference at this stage", I asked him to write it in his calendar so he wouldn't forget, emphasizing multiple times that we had a binding agreement, not some vague plan — "yes, yes, I already wrote it down." I called after two weeks and it was back to the same old song: "call tomorrow, call the day after tomorrow." I'm surprised — "but we already agreed on a date" — yet apparently that means nothing to him. Overall, I do not recommend. It was cruel to string me along and leave me with a leaking roof for months knowing I have a small baby at home.<br><br>EDIT: Dear PJ, if, after all these daily phonecalls, you still can't even "identify me as a genuine customer"— that's saying something about you, not me. You'd have a record if you weren't constantly using disappearing messages on WhatsApp. I know you were busy, but the circumstances were exceptional — You could've — no, should've — done better. Yes, I left another negative comment for a different company, obviously you did not care to help me, and I had to be looking for someone else but he was no better — trying to rip me off for €10,000 for a job you yourself estimated at €3,000.. Both of you proved useless to me, and I could give another three negative reviews to three more companies who completely ghosted me, but at least these weren't wasting my time. I just pray to God that I never have an issue with a roof again — because dealing with roofers has been traumatizing so far.<br><br>One day the tide will turn and you'll be the one desperate and vulnerable needing help — I just hope you'll be treated with more empathy than you showed me.

Contacted AluPro about some bubbling and wear on the fibreglass flat roofs of our house. PJ came out promptly, gave a clear explanation of what was needed, and was happy to discuss pricing openly. The team came back the same day and did a brilliant job — sanded down properly, treated the affected area, and coated all sections with a polymer system.
