We recently had our roof windows replaced and some roof repairs done, and we are extremely happy with the service provided by this company. We had an issue with leaking roof windows as they were old and water damaged. After contacting the company, they came out the very next day - even on a Sunday - to inspect the problem, which we really appreciated. They quickly identified the issue, ordered the new windows, and completed the work efficiently and professionally. The workers were very skilled, polite, and took the time to explain everything clearly to us. We were also in regular contact with the manager, who was very approachable, honest, and straightforward. Everything was explained clearly, and we always felt well-informed throughout the process. Overall, we are very satisfied with the quality of work and the level of service. AluPro Roofers are a fantastic company, from the scaffolding team they work with to the roofers and PJ himself, they delivered a professional, smooth and quality service. PJ kept us up to date, offered helpful advice and had keen attention to detail, checking to ensure we were happy after the job and and adding extra care to the project that made it a really helpful experience.
