Was happy with the flat roof replacement but after a few days it rained and the gutter was blocked and the rain water was flowing over the middle of the drain.I contacted James and he said it was not his fault, that something must have got stuck in it.He said he would send someone up to look at it but after several texts I am still waiting 4 months later

He explained in simple language what was required, materials needed and a timeframe.<br><br>James and his team began work at the agreed time and date, and they completed the works as planned.<br><br>Due to the age and condition of my roof, as expected some other minor issues were discovered and James provided photos of these issues and offered solutions.<br><br>One particular issue that arose was dealt with by James in an extremely professional manner.
