We are extremely happy with the service provided by Deady Security. They fitted CCTV cameras at our commercial business and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Deady Security installed a wired alarm in our house, during the installation all was good but I have not received any instructions for some simple steps like to change the password. I have contacted Deady security for the master password because the system is locked and you have no option except to lock and unlock and I can't change the password, I really need to change it ( I don't see the reason not to have master password) They replied with code that is not accepted. I have asked to see if we can arrange for engineer to come and help me but no reply ( Obviously I don't expect that to be for free ) but got no reply so I will need to find another company to either replace the panel or to reset current one so I have access that I should have as I paid full price. So I highly DO NOT recommend buying from this company.
Absolute pleasure to deal with! From the initial contact with Rose in the office, to Richard installing the system, everything went very smoothly. The alarm system itself is very discreet inside the house, is easy to use & gives you a great sense of security. 100% recommend Deady Security.
I would give 6 stars if I could. From start to finish, Rose and Richard were nothing but professional, informative and extremely patient. Deady Security's customer care is beyond reproach. They were very helpful and didn't try any gimmicky or pushy sales techniques. All steps from my first enquiry to installation was excellent. I highly recommend them.
Richard did an excellent job installing a new wireless system in a 1960's house. He arrived promptly, was extremely efficient, made a few sensible adjustments / comments on the spec and installed everything in approx 3 hours. Excellent service and will be returning as a customer.
