Had received great recommendations. However, was sorely disappointed not once but twice. They never followed up on a phone call with a quote. I decided to give them a second chance, and they didn’t bother showing up to the consultation appointment! Didn’t even contact me to say they wouldn’t make it.
Best alarm company ever and best neighbours ever
Gibbons responded very quickly, even though we were not existing customers. Jim was so lovely to deal with, and Chris on the follow up work was also a gent. It's so appreciated that they turned up when they said they would. Very polite, reliable and a pleasure to deal with. Based on my experience I will use them again, and would recommend to others.
Called Jim Gibbons with a problem with one of my security cameras. Within 24hrs the job was done and camera replaced at a very reasonable price. Top class people to deal with, I would highly recommend this company.
