Denis Creedon Consulting Engineers

Denis was very professional and pleasant to deal with. His report was comprehensive and was available to me very soon after the survey of the property.

We recently worked with Denis and Liz for a pre-purchase property survey and couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism and communication. The report was detailed, easy to understand, and delivered promptly. We would highly recommend Denis Creedon Consulting Engineers.

Denis and his team were fantastic. A pre-purchase survey was quickly arranged and turned up quite a lengthy list of (minor) items, which were then fixed promptly by the sellers. The survey was extremely thorough, and there have been no unpleasant surprises since we've moved in! I'd highly recommend Denis and his team.

Dealing with Liz and Denis has been an absolute pleasure. Denis surveyed two properties for me and was so quick with just a week wait time each then he had the report done within 2 days twice. Liz his receptionist is just as good! She is always quick with replies and so easy to talk to on the mobile if you have any queries for Denis. Thanks guys you’ve been brilliant.

Denis provided us with a hugely detailed engineer's report as we purchased our home. We had previously used another engineer for a house sale that ended up falling through and there was a stark difference in the level of thoroughness and detail when compared to Denis' report. I would highly recommend using Denis' services.
