Denis and his team were fantastic. A pre-purchase survey was quickly arranged and turned up quite a lengthy list of (minor) items, which were then fixed promptly by the sellers. The survey was extremely thorough, and there have been no unpleasant surprises since we've moved in! I'd highly recommend Denis and his team.

Dennis was very thorough and did a great job. Sales agent was trying to persuade me to choose a different surveyor as Dennis has a reputation of being too thorough, which is what you want from your engineer. The report comes with photo evidence and is well explained. Dennis will go over the findings with you. I hired him on recommendation from my colleagues who were also very satisfied with his services.

Denis provided us with a hugely detailed engineer's report as we purchased our home. We had previously used another engineer for a house sale that ended up falling through and there was a stark difference in the level of thoroughness and detail when compared to Denis' report.
