Every issue was clearly documented with descriptions and supporting photographs, which made it very easy to identify exactly where the problems were located.<br>The turnaround time was also outstanding, the inspection was completed one day and the full report was delivered the next.<br>After I went back to complete the snag re inspection, I was unsure about some of the feedback I got from the builder and John kindly provided his input and explained how/why things should be done.<br>Overall, I’m really happy with the service provided by John and would highly recommend him to anyone!
