I recently used this arborist service and was happy with the work. The team arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the job safely and professionally. They left the area clean after trimming and removing the tree branches. Overall, a reliable service and a good experience.

We had a massive, hazardous tree overhanging our property in a tight space, and the team at Heritage Tree Care Ltd. handled it flawlessly. From the initial site visit for the free quote to the actual removal, their communication was excellent.<br>You can tell they are fully qualified arborists who genuinely care about safety and precision. They used specialized rigging to dismantle the tree piece by piece without a single scratch to our garden or property. They also did some formative pruning on our younger trees to optimize their growth.

Hertitage tree care is a unorganised chaos!! I contacted them for a quote. Was told they would be out if it was a big job. Ben arrived at the time when I told him that I wouldn't be there but explained what I wanted a quote on - a long line of trees and to remove 2 small heaps of old branches.<br>Got the quote the following week. I called to confirm that the 2 heaps of branches were included to which Daisy said they were. Was given my dates 3 days in total. They arrived on Monday and I was told on Tuesday that Ben had underestimated the amount of shrubbery. He had seen the line of trees and the heaps of branches! But it was a rush job! They didn't show up on the 3 rd day. Got a call from Daisy at lunchtime telling me they would be back in 10 days which I replied wasn’t good enough as they had left a big tree in the middle of my yard. They left this afternoon and the 2 heaps of old branches are still not removed. No communication or organisation by them only rushing and racing! Very disappointing service! Reliable ? I don’t think so! The job is not finished! These crowd are SCAMMERS they don’t do what you ask them to do! Then come on the phone roaring at you. Ben you are the one that is not alright in the head! The only emergency ye have is that ye can’t do the job!

Had a large oak removed from our backyard — Heritage Tree Care Ltd were brilliant. Arrived on time, worked cleanly, and left zero mess. The team was professional, friendly, and clearly knew their stuff. Highly recommend for anyone needing tree work done right!

I am absolutely delighted to give Heritage Tree Care a five star review.<br>I first dealt with Daisy by email, and based on the photos I sent via whatsapp, she was able to assess what work needed to be done.<br>We had a magnolia in very poor condition, as well as a mature apple tree that needed attention. Ben and Gary arrived exactly as and when agreed, and Ben went over precisely what remedial work needed to be done, especially to the magnolia.<br>I trusted his professionalism and his very evident love and respect for nature. Ben and his team were extremely professional. They felled four very tall trees in my garden. Very tidy work, left my garden spotless when they were finished. Talked through what they were doing throughout the 2 day job. Highly recommend these guys! Fantastic work!

Ben and team came to us the end of last year to start a two part job on our property. A fabulous bunch of guys who could not do enough for us. Courteous, reliable and so hard working. They did the most amazing job on our trees and scrubs, cutting them whilst also understanding every species of tree scrub and plant. They came to do the next part of the job this week and did an equally amazing job. It has transformed our property. I would highly recommend Heritage Tree Care for all garden/ property maintenance needs if you want a job done properly with little or no hassle. They also left the place absolutely spotlessly clean. Really difficult company to deal with. Had to constantly chase for a date and then when given one they didn’t show up and left me on read when I queried it.<br><br>If you don’t want the job cos it’s too small just say so, it’s ok.<br><br>But stringing people along for over a week is very unfair.<br><br>We’ve a 5 month baby in the house and this has us all stressed out.
