Had an utterly terrible experience with them. Very unprofessional, rude and abusive. The owner in particular was condescending, petty, arrogant, disrespectful and childish. Seemed like he couldn’t handle the job and just wanted an excuse to ditch it. Bailed on the project without finishing, leaving the property in an awful state and refused to take payment as if that washed his hands of the matter and refused to take responsibility for any of it. Should be absolutely ashamed of their conduct and I would warn anyone to stay far away from them. Also, Liam seems to have a very strange view of women which very much effected his treatment of my partner (not wife, which was repeatedly pointed out), refusing to discuss matters with her and waiting to speak to me, a man. Liam will also seem to say whatever he needs to say to get out of a situation, and seems to have no problem with straight up lying (even changing his response to this very review when called out, see photos). Our neighbour’s garden was also destroyed and left in a frankly dangerous condition. When contact was attempted they were ignored. Whatever transpired on our property this was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. We have since been told by a real professional that what was done to our property was negligent and incompetent and that several trees were unnecessarily killed by Liam and his crew.
