Very pleased. We needed a small window repair and we were delighted with the service provided by Sky Windows. From our initial contact via phone, to a phonecall update confirming when they would be out to our house, to a very friendly and efficient visit to repair the window. Would definitely recommend and we will use again should we need to.

Absolutely no after care service, I bought French Doors and a Paledo Front door. Rang 1st last year to say there was a piece broke off between the two French doors , as told this wasn't included in the warranty Rang today to say a lip on the front door was hanging off , the lady asked me to send photos, which I did . Got a call later to say this was an accessory on the door and wasn't included in the 10 year warranty. You need to find out what the 10 year warranty covers Buyers beware
I must admit, from start to finish, our windows and 2 doors back and front, we're fitted to the highest standard and the quality is outstanding. We couldn't have dealt with nicer people, they were very welcoming and professional. They left the house after the jobs were finished in a spotless condition. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Thanks for everything, Michael and Jane.
Avoid at all costs. Extremely unprofessional, no communication and absolutely no customer service. - Ordered a door with Andy that I explained I wanted made weather tight from the outside and we would manage plasterboards internally then, but left with door resting on some wood and foam with all holes in it. - There was 6 week delay on getting the door installed with no update from the team on this. - Got a call to say door was being installed but no one had even come to me house to measure up the door. - Paid half deposit when ordering and then and was explained to me to make balance of payment after installation as also stated on the contract I signed but then wanted full payment before door was installed. I refused and Robert the owner was extremely abusive on the phone. Said was going to call out to my house to demand payment when being installed. absolutely no need for that, found him very intimidating that I asked a family member to be here on day of installation in case Robert called to the door. - Furthermore Robert showed up to my house the day after installation demanding money despite me paying balance and explaining this to Andy on the phone previously. - Would never recommend to anyone.
