Very pleased. We needed a small window repair and we were delighted with the service provided by Sky Windows. From our initial contact via phone, to a phonecall update confirming when they would be out to our house, to a very friendly and efficient visit to repair the window. Unfortunately customer service is extremely lacking at Sky Windows. We were surprised to receive such rude responses both by email and over the phone. We will certainly be taking our business elsewhere.
We recently had our doors and windows replaced by Sky, from the initial consultation with Andy, who was knowledgable and took time with us going through all our options, through to the expert fitting by Patryk and Mark, Sky have been excellent to deal with. Additionally any small snags and issues were dealt with promptly and without fuss by Aidan. All in all a great experience and would recommend Sky to anyone.

absolutely unprofessional, we ordered the windows, we received an email saying that we could pick up at any time, so we called and were told that we could pick up on Monday between 8 and 9 in the morning, so we ordered a delivery and when we got there, they told us that it would be on Tuesday, so I called here and there and Not willing at all on the phone, I would never buy anything there again, the worst seller
