I was on the brink of buying a new oven when there was a big flash and my Siemens stopped heating. But I gave these guys a call and Karl came out a couple of days later with a new element. Job done quickly and saved me over 500 euros. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the service. I didn't know if the tumble dryer was worth fixing, it was scorching the towels. Karl called in and identified the problem and we agreed the price. He returned 2 days later with the part as arranged and repaired it. Well worth it. Happy to recommend this service.

I had a broken dishwasher and called Karl for a repair. He came the next day, he was on time and fixed the problem very quickly. He waited for it to complete a cycle to ensure it was working correctly. It's not my first time to use him so I wasn't surprised as the service has always been excellent. He's very friendly, respectful and polite and I was comfortable with him in my home.

I have to add my own glowing review to the long and ever growing list of people who find Karl to be extremely helpful! Rang him during the hottest week of the year in July 2025 when our fridge packed up. Karl simply diagnosed the probable issue and told us how to resolve it, promising to call out if that didn't work. It did work! No charge, just advice from an absolute gent. Would highly recommend him and he'll be our first call for any appliance issues in our home. Thank you!
