I was on the brink of buying a new oven when there was a big flash and my Siemens stopped heating. But I gave these guys a call and Karl came out a couple of days later with a new element. Job done quickly and saved me over 500 euros. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the service. I didn't know if the tumble dryer was worth fixing, it was scorching the towels. Karl called in and identified the problem and we agreed the price. He returned 2 days later with the part as arranged and repaired it. Well worth it. Happy to recommend this service.
Karl called to repair our dryer. It needed a part which he managed to source despite our dryers age! He returned once the part arrived. All seamless and good value for money. Not a rip off merchant. It’s nice to support local when you can.
