I booked Gerry for a washing machine repair. He spent very little time on site, offered no effective solution, and the work quality was below standard. On top of that, the price charged was too high.
Contacted Gerry regarding an issue with the washing machine. He attended the property and advised that he did not have the required parts for this particular model. He recommended contacting Hotpoint directly for further assistance.

Contacted Gerry on a Saturday, he came out to me on a Monday. Unfortunately the machine wasn’t financially worth fixing but he only charged me half his usual call out fee. He was a lovely man and I would definitely call him again in the future and recommend him to others
I emailed Gerry on Thursday 2nd January 2025 about my washing machine. He got back to me on Friday 3rd January and said he wasn't available as he was away but he could get Dave to call to me if that suited. Dave came later that Friday and had my machine fixed in about 20 mins. Thankfully it wasn't a big job. He charged €60.00 which was brilliant. Dave was very efficient and clean. No mess! Would 100% recommend him to friends and family.
