I can't say enough good things about your company. Tracy was very responsive with communications and booking the appointment and Ronan, the engineer, was prompt, courteous and a true craftsman. He had our Smeg oven fixed in no time at all, even took the time to fix the cabinethousing for the oven. If you need craftsmanship and a job well done, contact National Appliance Repairs. Lucky to get one star.<br>End of October, phoned and made appointment. Engineer arrived and said parts would take 3 to 4 days. He took payment of 127 pounds from my debit card. He has promised to return many times since, still no show! 7th March!<br>I have requested my money to be returned from NAR, no help whatsoever.<br>I'm having to try and get repayment from my bank
