Quick well laid out service that I would highly recommend. They collected my sage coffee machine on Tuesday and dropped it back fully working on Friday.
Great service, kept me informed throughout the process. It would be great if they worked on Saturdays for a couple of hours or one day longer, like until 6:00 or 6:30 PM.

This is a tip top 100% shop. From the word go, it was a step by step approach...website fluid to navigate. Drop off at post office. Once they received my coffee machine they informed with images the problem/ damage and what they were going to service. It was back to me in days. I have not used it yet..but on this company 10 out of 10. Just good clear communication..no bots or AI now paddy himself may not exist but the team behind does..and that suits me fine. My coffee machine was 800+ so scrapping seemed a sin. Thanks guys will definitely use your services again<br>Patricia Bennett
