I came across this company on Google and gave them a call after reading so many positive reviews.<br><br>We are in the process of installing a new split-level patio. We've received a lot of conflicting advice from different tradespeople about how to avoid future damp issues, so I decided to speak with a damp proof specialist.<br><br>From the moment I explained our plans, they were incredibly helpful, patient, and generous with their time. I didnt actually.get the man's name but he listened carefully, gave clear, practical advice, and never once made me feel rushed. He also pointed out additional measures that we should put in place to help prevent damp problems in the future.<br><br>It was such a relief to get honest, expert guidance and it gave us real peace of mind that we're making the right decisions before the work is completed. My 100 year old house had several damp issues, including water ingress through the bedroom wall, a leaky roof, and paint and plaster peeling around a door frame. Gerard quickly diagnosed the causes and fixed the issues thoroughly with John. He arrived on site on the date agreed and was there bang on 8 every morning. He didn't just do the job, he went above and beyond to make sure it was done properly. Fair price, great work, and a real peace of mind.
