Ty was incredibly knowledgeable, he took the time to explain exactly what was causing the issue, walked us through the solution, and answered every question I had.<br>The work itself was done to a really high standard. From my first telephone conversation with Ty and throughout all stages of the project, I found him to be thoroughly professional, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. Had contacted 2 companies from Google Search previously to ask for a survey, neither of them replied. Allied Damp Solutions was the third. Ty called me back and offered some sage advice on what the issue was and how I could fix it myself and therefore no survey was necessary. Very helpful and honest!

Ty and his team were excellent to deal with. They installed a system to sort out a damp issue we had in some rooms, worked a very long day to get it all sorted in one day, and left things very neat and tidy when they were done. Straightforward comms, excellent customer service, fair and transparent pricing - would highly recommend.

Ty is a thoroughly decent guy. I am a woman who bought on my own and discovered damp in a downstairs room that had been covered by furniture and didn't show up as a major concern on a pre-sale survey. He was up the walls but came out to view the house as he knew I was stressed about it, was very thorough. He gave great advice and pointed out things I could and should take a look at and sort that I would never have spotted myself nor were they mentioned in my survey (negative fall towards the external wall with the damp issues, insufficient type of ventilation in bathrooms, check needed on structural integrity of a new-ish attic conversion, issues with rendering etc). I really could not recommend him enough if you are in a similar position to me and need sound advice.

We got damp and mould in all bedrooms and bathroom.Ty and his team were very proffessional, explained the whole process from start to finish, all work done to best standard.The difference in air is huge ,there is no mould on walls,ceiling around the windows ,it is all dry,l.I am recommening them 10 /10 if you have damp in house or apartment.

I had some damp in my house in drimnagh in 3 rooms. This company were very efficient at identifying the solution and had it all done in 3 or 4 hours. They left everything tidy. I had a small concern that with getting an attic conversion at a later date....the work might need to be redone but they reassured me that vents could be easily retweaked at a later point with minimal disruption. Would recommend

I had a great experience with allied damp solutions. I used them for wood worm treatment for my attic and some floor boards downstairs. I compared a good few providers and I noticed that Ty was the most transparent when it came to answering questions. As I've asthma I wanted to know what was in the wood worm treatment and Ty sent me on all the safety data sheets. I asked other suppliers and received no reply. I'm thankful to Ty and team. Also allied damp solutions was the only provider who offered additional services such as lifting up floor boards. I would highly recommend
