Appalling service, in fact no service at all. He was eager enough to speedily appear at my home to claim his €100 appraisal fee - in cash, of course, as he didn't have a card reader. He promised he would be in touch in two weeks to arrange a date for the work to be done. So, then we were into September and although I rang him several times, I was just promised the same. The last time I spoke to him he told me that the 'lads' hasn't taken their Easter holidays and were, in fact, taking them then in October - so once again I was so unlucky. Clearly this man thinks that I am a fool and in some ways I am, because I actually believed him initially. Now, I had no respect whatsoever for him or his company. If he had been honest in the beginning and said that the job was too small for him to be interested, I might have respected him.
Wouldn't even take my business, apparently too busy for the rest of the year.
