We unfortunately discovered woodworm and rot in our suspended timber floor during building works. Both Jason, Jake and team were excellent to deal with - from inspecting our floor, providing necessary treatment and making necessary recommendations to our builder. They completed the job quickly and efficiently and really put our mind at ease during this stressful discovery. Highly recommend this company.

The Damp Store finished work on my house this week and I am very happy with the service they provided. Always polite, great communication, and the final job is beautifully finished. Damp proofing a home is a messy business and unpleasant no matter what way you look at it, but I have to say The Damp Store made this process as painless as possible. Thank you Ryan for your great project management and all the lads for your work.

Probably shouldn't even give one star worst experience ever. job took two weeks when I added hours on job worked out about three days didn't do what was expected .left without heating in three rooms for two weeks had to ask for skirting boards that they took off light switches left hanging.had to put skirting on my self and radiators funny thing is somebody called aweek and a half later said he was going to do radiators on. Was sitting around waiting for them to call aswell holes were drilled for dampness had to put fillers in myself that's not even full story wouldn't recommend

We have a small cellar in our club that developed a leak. The guys from the Damp Store came and coated it. It lasted about two months. It is now 8 weeks later , and despite trying and trying to get them back they have not re done it. We have not been able to use our storage now for two months and no solution in sight. Dealing with Ryan and he does not respond most of the time. I suggest finding a more reliable outfit. Of course we have already paid them so no rush on their part<br><br>So now it is a year later and they have still not fixed the problem. Despite coming out a few more times after much pleading from me. At this stage, they will not even answer e-mails. We have asked for a refund so that we can get some other company to fix our issue but they will not respond. We were told at the outset that the work was guaranteed for 10 years. It didn’t last 8 weeks. Our next step is to go down whatever legal route is necessary to recover our wasted money

I never dealt with the damp store before today I was in with Jason. I showed him a few photos of the problem I have on a job I’m working on and he gave me what I need to treat it and all the advice I needed. It was great to deal with someone who knows their stuff and was so helpful.

So on the 6th November Damp store came to me to remove Black I mean Black mould from behind my clothes dryer & washing machine . I couldn't believe how bad it was. However after 2/3hrs all was gone & there was no awful smell. A fantastic job altogether.. Would definitely recommend them.

Damp Store came and completed some damp proofing and sealing works at short notice, and was well priced considering the work that was involved. They did the work quickly and neatly, and left the place clean. Thanks Jason.
