I’ve dealt with four different companies during my doors and windows journey, and Composite Doors has by far been the smoothest and best customer experience from start to finish.<br><br>I started the process feeling quite anxious and overwhelmed about choosing the right door, but as soon as I stepped into their showroom, I immediately felt at ease. Their showroom has an incredible selection of doors on display, which I found extremely reassuring for such a big purchase. Being able to see, touch, and feel the different options in person made a huge difference compared to having to choose from pictures online.<br><br>I didn’t realise how much customisation was possible with a door, but Jack took the time to explain everything in detail without using confusing technical jargon. He made thoughtful recommendations based on my day-to-day needs, which made the decision process feel much easier and more reassuring.<br><br>Throughout the entire experience, the installation team was fantastic. They arrived on time, gave a realistic timeframe for the work, worked quietly while I was on calls, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards.<br><br>I’m genuinely delighted with the final result. Every time I come home, I love seeing my beautiful new door welcoming me back. I placed an order online back in April for a new hall door. The process was so easy and the fact you get a visual of how the door will look at the end is great! My door was ready to be installed a little earlier than expected but I was having work done in my house so I asked if they could hold onto my door for a little longer which was no problem! When I was ready for installation I contacted Jack who I dealt with throughout the whole process to let him know and he arranged for it to be installed the following Monday. I noticed the handle wasn’t the one I wanted but replacing it was no problem at all. From start to finish I was happy with the service I received from Jack and Brian the installer. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! Delighted with my new door. Thanks again. 😊
