Very professional from beginning to end. Jane is very helpful and she explained the different doors styles to me really well. I ordered a front door with her help. The installation guys were excellent, they arrived when they said they would and were very clean. I’m thrilled with my new door!

The ladies in the showroom were lovely and made us feel very welcome. The lady who came to take the measurements was polite, answered all of our questions clearly, and gave us plenty of time to make our decision without any pressure. The installation team did a fantastic job. They worked very neatly, left everything clean and tidy, and the quality of their work was excellent. Communication with the office was brilliant from beginning to end, keeping us informed every step of the way.
