Got replacement windows and doors for a new house I moved in to. Was a smooth process throughout and was turned around at short notice. Team was flexible with timing and always a pleasure to deal with be that Brenda Ger Padraig or any of the team in the office or who installed. They listened to what I wanted and my budget constraints and were able to tailor what I wanted to what I could afford. Would recommend for anyone in the market for windows and doors - a very happy and satisfied customer here. Thanks All!

We recently had new windows installed and honestly couldn’t recommend this company enough. We actually came across them online when we were just looking for rough quotes, and they got back to us really quickly with a clear and realistic quote.<br><br>They were so easy to deal with from the start. I can’t always answer my phone in work, so the fact they were happy to communicate over email made things so much easier. Anytime we did need to ring, they were always available and just genuinely lovely. Brenda in particular was brilliant – she also dealt with my husband over the phone when I couldn’t answer, and she couldn’t have been nicer or more professional.<br><br>Our house is over 100 years old, so we thought it would be tricky with things not being straight, but the whole installation was so straightforward. They fitted a sliding sash window and the finish on both sides is absolutely immaculate – you’d never know that the walls and sill are actually very far off. They even had to take down an old blind to get started and didn’t complain about it at all.<br><br>Ger, who did the measuring and installing, was an absolute professional and a real perfectionist – it really shows in the final finish.<br><br>They arrived exactly when they said they would and kept to the timeline, and there was little to no disruption considering the amount of work involved. They also insisted on cleaning up thoroughly before they left, which we really appreciated.<br><br>Overall, very fair and competitively priced for the quality of work provided. Such a friendly, professional team from start to finish. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

I had new French doors and a new Hall door fitted by Q Windows and doors, their service is amazing, from first contact with Brenda and Karen, receiving all the required information, Ger who came out to measure and the guys who came to fit the doors were on time, courteous, clean workers and got on with the job, each and every step of the journey was 100% brilliant,<br>The quality of the doors are fantastic and I feel very content in knowing how secure my home is, and a lot warmer too. The aftercare is next to none, contacting me to check everything is ok and that if I need them for anything to ring them.<br>Cannot speak highly enough of this company Thank you again

Q Windows and Doors was recommended to me by a friend, and they lived up to all her hype! They changed a couple of windows and a patio door and did an amazing job.<br>From the beginning communication was fantastic, Karen answered all my questions patiently and was able to give me a few recommendations. The guys doing the work were also great; they were quick, detailed oriented and very neat, and very respectful throughout. There was a small issue at the end of the job, but someone came out the very next day and fixed it (even left it better than it was before!).<br>All in all, I highly recommend them and would use them again. Their products, attention to detail and customer care are all exceptional.

Given great service by this company.Karen was very friendly and really nice to deal with. From the quote to day of fitting was 3 weeks. Really good quality composite door at a fair price..Would definitely recommend them.I will be using them again to do the windows next.
