John responded to my call promptly and asked for photos of my attempt to remove an old light fitting which knocked off all the downstairs lights. He arrived prepared and kept a line of communication open throughout so I didn’t have to chase him at all. The problem was solved within a few minutes and his pricing was incredibly reasonable. Very nice guy while also being super professional. He deserves his 5 star reviews.

Really great service. I contacted JR Electrical by phone this morning about an issue with a ceiling light. I thought I would have awful trouble getting an electrician to look at it. He came as promised this evening had it sorted in within minutes. I can't recommend him highly enough. I'll be saving his number for all future jobs. Very impressed.
