We have just had our house retrofitted, and hired Doherty Flooring to supply & fit new floors and stairs. Their service was excellent, great communication leading up to the installation, and they put in over eleven hours of work to get the whole house finished in one day. Couldn't be happier with the results!

We are absolutely thrilled with our new flooring! From start to finish, the team at Doherty Flooring has been nothing short of amazing. They genuinely delivered a Christmas miracle for us. Buying a house is an incredibly stressful time, and my head was spinning trying to coordinate everything. When our house sale got delayed until December, our original flooring date lapsed. Miraculously, at a moment's notice, Doherty Flooring managed to reschedule us for the week before Christmas to make it work. I knew right then we were going to be taken care of. The company's communication is fantastic. Audrey was able to walk us through their entire range, which gave us total confidence in the decisions we made. We never once felt pushed to buy anything. Plus, because all their flooring suppliers are Irish, there were no stressful lead times for the floors we wanted. On the day of the fitting, the team arrived early in the morning and managed to do our floors in just ONE day. I still have no idea how they did it! They worked non-stop from morning to late evening installing our floors. Watching them work was marvelous; they took such great care and attention to detail, expertly removing and refitting our skirting boards and maneuvering around existing furniture. They were so thoughtful that they even finished our bedroom first so we could finally set up our bed frame and mattress. We were so relieved to no longer have to sleep on airbeds! Before they left, they cleaned and polished absolutely everything. The quality is just as good as the service. The acoustic underlay upstairs is fantastic—we can’t hear anyone walking around. Downstairs, I still wake up completely in awe of my stunning herringbone floors. Without question, I highly recommend Doherty Flooring. They took the stress out of moving and delivered a flawless result. Thank you to the whole team!

Audrey is the most efficient person I have ever dealt with and her speed at answering emails is second to none. In this day and age when everyone is in a hurry she is a great asset. We recently bought a new build and Doherty flooring were amazing to deal with from start to finish. Their warehouse has a very large selection and the staff are so knowledgeable about the products. We aren’t massively decisive but Audrey was great, showing us all of our options and discussing the pros and cons of each. We had an issue with the height of our floors and Gavin picked up on it and then drove out again when we were re snagging to make sure it was fixed appropriately. We absolutely love the end result. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was second to none.

Doherty Flooring supplied us with Stafford Oak Engineered wood flooring as well as carpets for our entire upstairs with a decorative stair runner for our main staircase. We are blown away with the quality provided by Doherty Flooring and the customer service was exceptional. Audrey and Gavin were amazing to deal with and made sure we had all of the information we needed. Special mention to the team that fit our floors and carpets. They were exceptional. The job they did was of an extremely high standard. I would highly recommend going to Doherty Flooring if you want top quality flooring and carpets.
