Very professional and were able to help me get my newly purchased house kitted out to how I wanted it in very short order. Even used left-over carpet to line the floor of the hot-press. Very happy with the quality of the work, would engage with them again.

'interesting' characters, to put it mildly.<br><br>Fortunately, we stumbled across Doherty flooring and Gavin came out to do the initial measurements. There was no big sales pitch - Gavin was to-the-point about the project and he gained my confidence immediately.<br><br>There was no messing around from the lads doing the job - they were punctual, they kept the house as clean as they physically could (we've no side entrance) and they built the new deck exactly as we wanted. We are absolutely thrilled with our new flooring! From start to finish, the team at Doherty Flooring has been nothing short of amazing. They genuinely delivered a Christmas miracle for us.<br>Buying a house is an incredibly stressful time, and my head was spinning trying to coordinate everything. When our house sale got delayed until December, our original flooring date lapsed. Miraculously, at a moment's notice, Doherty Flooring managed to reschedule us for the week before Christmas to make it work. I knew right then we were going to be taken care of.<br>The company's communication is fantastic. Audrey was able to walk us through their entire range, which gave us total confidence in the decisions we made. We never once felt pushed to buy anything. Plus, because all their flooring suppliers are Irish, there were no stressful lead times for the floors we wanted.<br>On the day of the fitting, the team arrived early in the morning and managed to do our floors in just ONE day. I still have no idea how they did it! They worked non-stop from morning to late evening installing our floors. Watching them work was marvelous; they took such great care and attention to detail, expertly removing and refitting our skirting boards and maneuvering around existing furniture.<br>They were so thoughtful that they even finished our bedroom first so we could finally set up our bed frame and mattress. We were so relieved to no longer have to sleep on airbeds! Before they left, they cleaned and polished absolutely everything.<br>The quality is just as good as the service. The acoustic underlay upstairs is fantastic—we can’t hear anyone walking around. Downstairs, I still wake up completely in awe of my stunning herringbone floors.<br>Without question, I highly recommend Doherty Flooring.
