I recently had a bi-folding gate supplied and installed by Kevin and the team at Quality Gates, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the service was excellent. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. What really stood out was their aftercare — they came back on a separate day to replace a couple of boards that were damaged during installation, which I really appreciated. Kevin also recommended applying Owatrol oil to protect the gate from rust and prevent the wood from deteriorating. I followed his advice, and the finish looks fantastic — the gate truly looks amazing. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality, service, and value for money. We actually got 3 gates off Kevin and we can safely say we are delighted with all of them. Kevin is a true gentleman and a pleasure to work with. It was a pleasure working with Kevin to get my gate fitted. Cars constantly used my garden for reversing. Very dangerous with my children out playing. Not that I ever expect to need another gate, but if I did, it'd be straight back to Quality Gates. I can happily recommend this company to anyone. The craftsmanship is fantastic, and they were fitted in a timely manner. Also, the value for money can not be understated. I LOVE my new gate! I feel a lot safer letting my kids/dogs in the garden now that it's there. Peace of mind is everything. The gates were fabricated to be a perfect match for the fence that was already in place along the garden, as I requested.

I only contacted Kevin just before Christmas and our gate was installed today! He matched it to the existing railings, it looks great and functions as it should.
