Mark and his team have been fantastic to work with, completely renovating my house in the process. The house has been completely transformed from an old, cold and poorly laid out house to a warm and open plan home. The house feels brand new and much more enjoyable to live in.<br><br>Mark was heavily involved throughout the process from start to finish and my point of contact, always accessible and keeping me up to date on what was happening. His team and the subcontractors he used were all very pleasant to deal with and clearly take pride in their work.<br><br>I'd happily recommend Mark and his team.

Mark and his team at Capital Construction recently wrapped up work on our home and we could not be happier with the results.<br><br>What we were looking to do was very specific and a bit all over the place (replacing some floors but not all, majorly changing the kitchen but not completely gutting it, totally redoing the en suite bath, custom woodwork and built-ins, and, the kicker, plenty of out-there ideas like hand-painted backsplash tiles), and they were so flexible and collaborative, offered great ideas, and were just lovely to work with in general. Plus, we were under a serious time crunch with our second baby due, and a very busy toddler underfoot! They worked quickly and efficiently, pushed so hard to get everything done in time, and Mark was extremely responsive and easy to reach at every stage in the process.<br><br>Each member of the team was great to work with—professional, polite, timely (and very patient with the aforementioned toddler/scatter-brained mom!)—and the results are above and beyond! We absolutely recommend Capital Construction.

Mark and the lads were fantastic to work with, from start to finish. We had a very collaborative experience in which we worked together to plan our en suite bathroom renovation and new fitted wardrobes perfectly. Mark was always contactable via whatsapp, phone or email, and his team are all good men, hard workers, and perfectionists. All the work was completed well within the timeframe we set out, and the guys were very respectful and sound, mindful of ourselves and our two kids being in and out of the house (as well as our two dogs) and also very proud of their work. It makes the whole workflow so much easier when you just have one point of contact and don't have to call this guy about this and that guy about that. Hassle-free and a job well done. 10/10 would recommend.

Mark and his Team completed 2 projects for us 1) Removed and Replaced a 50 metre Boundary Wall 2) Complicated Site Clearance.<br>Mark demonstrated excellent Management skills when planning and organizing the Projects. Marks Team are extremely polite and professional and were very responsive in dealing with issues that came up. As I sometimes work abroad, i needed someone i could trust to deal with all aspects of the Projects when i was away. I came accross Mark Dunne and Capital Construction after a number of negative experiences with builders with regard to quotes, returning calls and a general interest in my project. Mark and his team of builders, electricians, plumbers and other trades worked efficiently to transform my tired old house into a new build entirely. Mark was full of ideas and suggestions that vastly improved my original vision. It was not easy to work around an owner with 2 dogs but Marks team did so with good cheer. I never felt abandoned at any stage as inevitable problems occurred , as old radiators, pipework, re-wiring took place.
