I've been a member of the Movement Studio since April, and I couldn't be happier that I decided to join. In all my years of working out, I've never seen such progress before! Not only do I feel stronger, I also feel healthier in my joints because of all the mobility training. Since starting, I haven't had any issues with running injuries 💪 which was a big priority for me. And all of that isn't to mention my favourite aspect of this gym...the community. Truly, the atmosphere from the coaches and the other members is unmatched. I could not recommend this gym enough to anyone looking to move more freely, feel stronger and also form the most wholesome friendships along the way 🙏

I have been a member of the movement studio for almost one year, and I can't believe the progress that I've made in that time. Not only that, but I absolutely LOVE it. The classes on offer are fun, challenging and led by thoughtful coaches who encourage you to progress and who celebrate your achievements. I would highly recommend The Movement Studio to anyone looking to move well, in a supportive and encouraging environment.

I joined the Movement studio about 8 months ago, nervous about the commitment I was signing myself up! I needn't have worried, I recently moved from the 3 class a week membership to 5 classes a week because I love it so much. I've also moved from lunchtime/evening classes to mornings where possible as it's such a great way to start the day. I never envisaged myself being a morning gym person. There is a variety of classes and class times, so you can pick your area to focus on. For me it is strength and cardio. The coaches are all incredibly knowledgeable, caring and encouraging, you get individual attention due to the small group numbers. I see this membership in an investment in my current and future self and thrilled it has slotted into my life so easily.

For anyone looking for a gym but without the gym fear..this is the place to go!!! The best team of coaches with amazing support and understanding from each coach! The classes are fantastic with plenty of options! I had never been to a typical gym and was very nervous starting The Movement Studio but honestly it's been the best experience! Love Vinny and Kirstys classes. Getting fit and moving is actually fun 🤣

I’ve been a member of the Movement Studio for over a year now absolutely love it! The staff are so supportive, friendly and talented at what they do. There’s a great range of classes and times throughout the day -something to suit everyone! The small gym makes for a sociable and fun environment. I’d highly recommend ❤️
