A cleaner from Home Concierge cleaned my home last week for the first time. She did a really good job and was very pleasant too. I am happy with my choice of Home Concierge.
Not reliable. 1) cancelled twice last minute because the van broke. 2) had 2 complaint on 2 different times that cleaners are talking on the phone too much, then requesting to stay extra time to continue cleaning.
Excellent service. Booking the service is seamless. They arrive on time. Work away with no disruption to me WFH. Most importantly the work is completed to a high standard.
I contacted Concierge Dublin House Cleaning and Carpets through their website. They responded very quickly and organised a cleaner for that week and agreed a cleaning schedule. The cleaner, Michelle, did a fantastic job and could not have been friendlier and nicer. Quick to respond, great scheduling service and an excellent cleaning job. Super service all round. Highly recommended.
Weekly cleaners always did a great job but they seem to have staffing issues. Our regular cleaner had an ongoing illness which we were completely understanding of. So when there was a missed week or two that was fine (they didn't charge obviously). Then we had a replacement for 2 or 3 weeks. Then we got a call to tell us that our original cleaner was still out and the replacement was unavailable so they were cancelling the contract. It's a shame honestly as the service was good when we had it.
