I had a really positive experience with this DeepCleaning today after buying my new home. They came in and completely transformed the place, cleaning the carpets, kitchen, sitting room, and bathrooms with impressive attention to detail. I had such a wonderful experience with this cleaning company. Malin did an amazing job deep cleaning my sofa — he was friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough. My sofa looks fresh, spotless, and almost brand new again. You can really tell he takes pride in his work. I’m so happy with the results and would highly recommend this company, especially Malin, to anyone looking for top-quality cleaning services.
This company should not call themselves professional cleaners. I booked them for 6 hours to deep clean kitchen, windows, balcony railings & internals of cupboards on a 2 bed apartment. When I went to check the cleaning I was shocked and disappointed at the poor level of cleaning. The hob had grime all around it, they didn't clean any drawers (cutlery drawer, drawer with a few cleaning items) , the sink hole was black, the washing machine drawer still had buildup & they didn't clean behind the pull out bin unit. The balcony railings weren't done at all. Anything that wasn't cleanable with a wipe was left, e.g. marks in wardrobe and on cupboards. When I rang to complain they told me I wasn't there to check!! I hired professionals as assume a professional service, not one I have to supervise. I requested one hour refund, but in hindsight I wish I had requested more as I found more faults later. To be fair the oven and windows were cleaned to an acceptable standard.
