We moved out and booked a end of tenancy cleaning. Cleaners arrived on time, very professional and friendly. I was worrying about the limescale and bathroom tiles(black stains are dust and water combination), they are hard for me to clean. So I mentioned these two places when booking, requested to focus on these two. The bathroom turn out like a new one, much more than I expected. And the customer service staff is very friendly. Every time I wrote email to ask questions, Ashley answered quickly. Would recommend to anyone who needs end of tenancy cleaning.
DO NOT book with this company. It is a total scam. I learned a hard €270 lesson. I booked in for a ‘deep clean’ prior to moving and it was originally booked for 10am. The night before the move it was changed by the ‘company’ to 1 but no one showed until 2. For a ‘deep clean’ 2 people showed up with a mop and bucket and a spray bottle. They did do a nice job on the windows and oven but nothing else looks like it was touched. I reached out to the ‘company’ by phone, text, and email and no one has gotten back to me. It is a SCAM. Save your money and go with someone reputable.
