I would like to leave a quick review and say thank you to both Shane and Elayne. I called looking for a heating system to be repaired. They were able to accommodate a day and time that suited me (shift worker :( ). Shane arrived on time and was able to make repairs to the system and have it working again.<br>I would highly recommend K&D heating services for your heating needs
I contacted this company for an emergency, as we had no heating in the house and urgently needed help. Unfortunately the experience was extremely frustrating. The Lady answering the phone kept contradicting herself, first asking me to send a video of what needed to be replaced, then saying there was only one engineer available and he was too busy, then asking again what the issue was and finally telling me to try larger companies instead.There was no clear information, no consistency and i felt like my time was completely wasted. Very disappointing service, especially during an emergency.
Shane and Elayne are a great team who work together in a very unique and efficient way.<br>We were fortunate that a neighbour had an "excellent" experience of Shane's work. He has a keen and knowledgeable mind. We had had an issue with our heating system for well over a year until Sean came. He resolved our problem in just a few hours. Professional, tidy worker. Shane installed a new boiler system with 3 zones heating & water, it was a complex install due to the age to the house. He made sure we were up and running before the cold weather came, nothing was too much trouble. Shane is extremely trustworthy & professional, excellent workmanship. Both Shane and Elayne are a pleasure to deal with, highly recommend KD Heating Services.
Service was fantastic. Started with Elaine co-ordinating Shane coming out. Shane came out to serivce my oil boiler and ended up fixing a leak that we didn't know we had as well as replacing a few parts. Shane really knows his stuff, great guy and a pleasure to deal with.
I have recently had an oil boiler replaced by Shane and I am so happy with the work that was done. Himself and Elayne went to great lengths to make sure everything ran smoothly., even to sourcing a slab to match what was already there which was much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again they go above and beyond for their customers. So thank you to you both.

Fantastic buying experience. In the age of big box big retailer dominance it was a great contrast to deal with a passionate professional small business owner who really goes the extra mile to deliver for the customer. Elaine was superb to deal with and she gave us the full benefit of her 17 years experience in helping us to buy a new lawnmower. She has a wealth of knowledge and is not looking for the quick sale but to give you what you need which in turn leads to longer term loyalty to her business.
Elayne was amazing, she helped my father to pick his new lawnmower, he had very specific requirments ☺️ Elayne was patient, listened and met every request. I would highly recommend
