Just wanted to share the absolute top noch experience i had with their products and their customer support. I have the boiler now for over a year , today I’ve changed my Wi-Fi provider and the boiler went offline . However I’ve simply texted Odise , their rep and in within 5 minutes, he took me step by step, highly professional, with great patience towards me to help me reconnect. It is so refreshing to actually experience such great customer support service and professionalism in our days. I am recommending without any second thoughts this company and THANK YOU ODISE ! Super !

I couldn’t recommend Precision Heating highly enough. We’ve just completed a new build and they supplied a Viessmann heat pump system, but what really set them apart was the level of support throughout the entire process. From the initial system specification and underfloor heating design, right through to commissioning and follow-up after installation, their service was outstanding. Chris, in particular, was exceptional to deal with. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure the system was designed and set up correctly for the house. Any questions or issues were dealt with quickly and clearly, even after commissioning. If you’re building a new home or installing a heat pump and want a company that actually stands over their design and support, Precision Heating are top class.

We had a Viessmann heatpump installed in 2024. Some birthing problems -- as expected -- but what impressed me as a customer was and is the excellent after-sales service. Chris in particular has been exceptionally in his care and dedication: no problem is too small for him not to respond with courtesy and a level of expertise I wish would be the norm across the building sector.
