Just like to thank Chris in Precision for all the assistance on one of our latest comercial projects . From advise on best heat pump system to suit our customers needs to final commissioning the customer service we recieved was brilliant. His product knowledge is exceptional. The units themselves are compact, silent (compared to other makes) and end user friendly. Would highly recommend Precision Heating and Viessmann to anyone in the market for a heat pump system domestic or commercial.
I've fitted many viessmann gas boilers over the years which was bought through precision heating but today was different,the heat pump training course with Chris,what can I say,5 star service and feed back as usual,any questions I had and information I needed was delivered in a professional manner so I feel more confident with fitting the Hybrid system in an upcoming project,I'd definitely recommend signing up for the next available course
Just wanted to share the absolute top noch experience i had with their products and their customer support. I have the boiler now for over a year , today I’ve changed my Wi-Fi provider and the boiler went offline . However I’ve simply texted Odise , their rep and in within 5 minutes, he took me step by step, highly professional, with great patience towards me to help me reconnect. It is so refreshing to actually experience such great customer support service and professionalism in our days. I am recommending without any second thoughts this company and THANK YOU ODISE ! Even though they don’t handle installations directly, they took the time to recommend qualified local installers in my area, which I genuinely appreciated.<br><br>What made it even better was discovering that the company I ended up choosing for the installation is actually a Precision Heating partner and the furnace I selected is supplied directly by Precision Heating.
