He is highly responsive, proactive and extremely helpful. The lender really dragged their heels during the switching process and Stephen went above and beyond to get it over the line. Given that a mortgage is one of the most expensive transactions we make in our lives, it's important to work with a broker you can trust and rely on. Having had two very positive experiences with IMB, if I was ever remortgaging or buying again, Stephen would be my first port of call.
