Highly recommend IMC. We moved mortgage providers. Joe Flanagan gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision to make the move to better rate, when our fixed rate came to an end. There is an easy to use online portal to submit all your documents in your own time. IMC were super swift responding to any queries or questions we had throughout the process. They also helped with other essential services that come with home ownership. I would highly recommend IMC. 5 stars!
My husband and I were paired with Michelle from IMC for our house purchase and mortgage process. I really highly recommend their services for anyone getting started with their journey. I am self-employed and during the process I transitioned from being a sole trader to being a limited company which I thought would restrict me or make the process more complex but it really didn't.
