We recently purchased a house and the whole process was made so easy by using IMC. We mainly dealt with Michelle and then Mel in the later stages of the process. Both were so professional and quick to respond to any queries. The whole process of uploading documents directly to the portal was very easy and Michelle and Mel prompted us along the way so nothing was forgotten.
