Gerry and Sally-Anne were just so great from start to finish. I am a sole trader/artist, so going for a mortgage was a bit nerve-racking, but they made it easier than I expected. Their portal is dead handy, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we needed them. Especially in the last fortnight, getting us over the finishing line... we don't know how we would've coped without them on our side.
