Service was great from start to finish. We had a wasp nest out the back in a stone wall that ended up needing to be treated 3 times. Bradley was so reassuring and was more than happy to call out again until the problem was sorted! And all included in the original price. Would definetly use Abacus pest control again in the future!

Brilliant. If only we had came across Bradley when we encountered rats in our first house. He has just left after cementing off the area that they were burrowing around the drain. Confident and knowledgable and I’m happier now knowing he’ll be back with the non return flap tomorrow to make sure there’s no Chance ever of them coming back in. Highly Recommend and very reasonable and fair.

I was really impressed with the service provided by Bradley from Abacus. Wasps had nested in the wall of my house and huge amounts of them were coming into my kitchen and bedroom. Bradley understood how concerned i was and called several of his contacts to see if anyone could come immediately. When they weren't available, he was still able to call out himself very soon, and gave me lots of advice about how to deal with them until he got there. His knowledge and empathy really helped to set my mind at ease. During his visit he sorted the problem quickly and professionally and gave me some good tips on how to reduce the chance of another nest in future. I used a different company for a previous nest in my attic and I couldn't believe how much more experienced and efficient Bradley was by comparison. If friends or family asked me, I'd recommend Abacus 100%. It's a great service, at a price i was really pleased with.

Excellent service from start to finish. Bradley was the first person I spoke to and he immediately understood how anxious I was, especially having a young child at home. He arranged for someone to come out that same evening, on a Saturday, which I really appreciated. Gerry attended and was extremely professional, reassuring, and knowledgeable, putting us at ease straight away. He returned the next day to remove the traps and was again very friendly and helpful. It was such a relief to deal with a team that was so responsive, professional, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend their service.
