We had wasp nest in our house that needed removing urgently and this service was very accommodating, professional and quick to respond. I couldn't speak more highly of the service they provided. The staff were brilliant to deal with and very receptive to our requests.

Called DPC and a very nice guy Andrew came out the same day. Inspected the house and attic and placed lots of traps and bait boxes inside and out. Very thorough. Andrew returned 10 days later to check everything and we believe everything has been caught or bait has worked.Andrew said to call him again in a week or so if we hear anything again so good support.Really fair price, good & fast service. Would highly recommend.

It’s very disappointing to have to write such a negative review, but based on my experience, I feel it is necessary so that others don’t waste their time or money. I paid over €200 for a pest control service, and the level of professionalism I received was extremely poor. I booked this company to carry out an inspection of my home—laying traps, checking the attic, back garden, and general areas—due to a mice problem. The initial visit took place, and I was told someone would return 10 days later for a follow-up. I specifically requested a lunchtime appointment after 1pm, as I was arriving home from a very late flight the night before. No one arrived. At 4:30pm, I called to ask what had happened. The man I dealt with clearly forgot about the appointment, and he told me they were “fully booked”—even though he had been the one to book me in for that exact day and time. This was dishonest, unprofessional, and disrespectful. We rescheduled for another date, again for 1pm. Unfortunately, the exact same thing happened. No call-out. No communication. I rang both the company line and the mobile number repeatedly, left several voicemails, sent text messages and WhatsApps asking for confirmation—but received no response. This was especially frustrating as it all occurred during the Christmas period, when I had multiple events I had to rearrange in order to be available for their appointments. The next day, I finally reached the same man on the phone. He tried to claim that we had not agreed on a 1pm appointment. I told him that if his calls were recorded, he would clearly hear that we had. He had nothing to say except, “I’m sorry to hear this,” while continuing to contradict what was previously agreed. He even claimed he called me at 10am on the day of the second appointment—which was not the agreed time—and I returned the call 20 minutes later with no answer. Again, completely unprofessional and unacceptable. After all of this, I still had to wait another week and a half for someone to finally come out. When they did, the individual couldn’t even remember where he himself had placed the traps and poison, and I had to remind him. This level of carelessness is alarming. Overall, the service was extremely unprofessional: – Missed appointments – Lack of communication – Dishonesty about agreed times – Attempts to make the customer doubt what was said – Poor work ethic and follow-through I would strongly advise others to avoid this service. My experience was a complete waste of time, money, and energy. Unfortunately the company thinks ive been paid to write this. Mentioned I'm not on their booking system - wow what a shock!

The service by Ken has been faultless battling the difficult problem of termites in an outdoor planter next to the house. Hopefully they have all gone now after 3 visits. I would recommend the services of District pest control to my friends, but hopefully they'll never have this problem with termites.
